MY DAUGHTER SHELIA WAS A CRYBABY. SHE ALSO THOUGHT THAT I WAS THE SUN AND THE MOON .
SHE WOULD SIT ON THE DOORSTEP AND WAIT FOR ME ALL DAY TO COME HOME ,UNLESS SHIRLEY COULD TALK HER INTO SOME MISCHIEF AND OFTEN DID .LIKE THE TIME SHE TOOK OLD PAINT THAT HAD LUMPS IN IT AND TALKED SHELIA INTO HELPING HER 'RE-PAINT 'THE TRICYCLE BY HAND .BOTH WERE COVERED FROM HEAD TO FOOT IN VERY BRIGHT PINK PAINT WITH LUMPS AND THE TRICYCLE WAS NEVER THE SAME ,ESPICALLY  THE LUMPY SEAT .
I COULD TELL SHELIA ANYTHING AND SHE WOULD BELIEVE IT ,TRULY .
ONE DAY AT SUPPER ,THE KIDS WERE HAVING HOT DOGS (VERY RARE TREAT FOR KIDS THEN)  .SHELIA ALWAYS SAT NEAR ME .ALL THE OTHERS LET HER CAUSE THEY DID NOT WANT TO HEAR HER CRY ,WELL NEITHER DID I BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO ?
EVERYONE WAS SEATED AND JUST GETTING THEIR WEINERS INTO THE BUNS AND SHELIA STARTED TO TAKE A BIT ....MOUTH WIDE OPEN ....BUN WITH WEINER REALLY CLOSE AND I BARKED ,THEN WHINED ......I COUDL THROW MY VOICE A LITTLE AT THAT TIME AND THE SOUND STARTLED ALL AT THE TABLE ,ESPICALLY SHELIA ...SHE ACTUALLY THOUGHT IT CAME FROM HER BUN AND THREW IT UP IN THE AIR AND STARTED SCREAMING AS IF WE WERE BEING ATTACKED BY ANIMALS ...ALL THE OTEHRS STARTED LAUGHING AND WENT AHEAD WITH DINNER .
EDNA HAD TO HOLD A CRYING SHELIA AND  EXPLAIN THAT HOT DOGS WERE NOT REALLY 'HOT  DOGS ' ,NEVER WORKED THOUGH ...TO THIS DAY SHE WILL NOT EAT ONE .
